We regularly review all common area maintenance contracts including but not limited to snow removal, sweeping, exterior cleaning, painting, general repair and maintenance, energy use, and insurance coverages. We will also review all physical facilities including roof, parking lot, ingress and egress, parking lot lighting, underground wiring, signage, etc. After review, recommendations for change or improvement will be made.
AAPI also provides skilled, state-of-the-art facilities management support including regular accounting and reporting.
